Halloween was a full day. As you can see Livia was dressed as a person who wants to dress like a pumpkin but doesn't fit into the costume just yet. Cassidy was decked in her favorite halloween outfit, the devil. As the kids came by the carfull, Cassidy would bark, Livia would cry, and Sharyn and I would scramble to figure out who would pass out the candy and who would distract Cassidy and hold Livia. Eventually we got it down....I would make Cassidy do a trick for a treat in front of the door, Livia would be with Sharyn who would stick her arm outside the door with a bowlfull of candy saying - please take some. The kids would grab double fisted gobs of candy and be off to the next house...until the bell rang again.
We made it through, and Cassidy even got a halloween treat courtesy of Kate! It was a hectic but Happy Halloween!~
