Happy Birthday Cassidy!

It's hard to believe, but Big Sister Cassidy turned 6 years old last week (or 42 in dog years, but she doesn't look a day over 35). The weather was unseasonably warm that day, so I spent part of it outside with "the girls". It seems like it was yesterday when we brought home our small puppy who chewed a hole in the kitchen wall and dragged the crate across the kitchen with her teeth. She has since mellowed out a lot, which is a good thing as I don't know if we could handle Cassidy's puppy antics at the same time as Livia's infancy. We didn't want anyone to think that we were too wrapped up in Livia's 4 month birthday to celebrate. We no longer live near the doggie bakery where we used to get cakes, but we did find a doggie cookie in the shape of a cupcake that was perfect. And although the video is dark, we wanted to share it for the acoustics. Unfortunately, Livia was already sleeping during our birthday celebration, but she can help sing to Cassidy next year.
