Last month we went on a farm tour up in Creedmoor. I never posted those photos but they fit well with this theme, so I will include them now.

Livia got to see some pigs for the first time

She also got to ride on a tractor

She loves to swing very high and fast
In the spirit of getting ready for Halloween, we wanted to remind Livia and Cassidy of how they spent the holiday last year. Livia was too small for a costume at only 6.5 pounds, but she did wear this very large (size 0-3 mo) onesie. We actually still have this chair -- yesterday Livia was climbing on it to try to pull the books off the top of the bookshelf after she succeeded in dumping out all the books on the bottom shelf.

Cassidy enjoyed this very special cookie from Kate last year. She better hold on to this memory because unfortunately for her, making a trip to a doggie bakery is not at the top of my urgent things to do list for the next few days. Sorry Cassidy, but we will make sure you have some other special treats -- and I'm sure Livia will feed you something yummy from her highchair.

What a cool comparison with last year's photo! I love the one of Livia tugging on the hood of her cow outfit.
Love the one of her by the door--so cute!
Aw, we are jealous- we didn't make it to a pumpkin patch this year, it was hard to get in the mood with weather in the high 80's. Cute costume! Hope you guys have a Happy Halloween!!
She's grow so much! And the cow climbing the stairs picture, she's so darn cute she makes me wanna be give up eating beef :)
Grandma Mari is speechless:
I love every one of these new photos. Livia is the most beautiful cow I've ever seen. The picture in the pumpkin patch is precious. And, Cassidy, I'm having a hard time containing my sobs for this poor dog. She needs more carpet to lie on. Maybe she needs a small rug of her own. But, then again, maybe she is just used to the old one. Can't we pull the carpet out a wee bit more. So much for the life of a dog who has to put up with a very active one year old. Livia should get her at least a hand full of cookies for this one.
Love and Happy Halloween to all of you. I wish I could be there with you.
Happy Halloween our little Cow Cousin! Love, The Rainbow Faerie and the Young Vampire.
PS: Alexey's pointing at poor Cassidy's post and saying "More dog! More dog!"
